Gladson Varghese currently working as the Divisional Director of Westinghouse Air Brakes Corporation in Chicago, IL. He also working as the CEO of Raytel Communication.

He got his Masters in Mechanical Engineering and M.B.A from Purdue University, Indiana.

He was the past president of Malayalee Engineers in North America (MEANA) and Current Board of Director of Indo-American Democratic Organization, Illinois Malayalee Association,  National Council Member of Indian National Congress Kerala Chapter and National Committee Member of FOMAA.
